Troubleshooting error "Something went wrong"

If you're seeing the error "Something went wrong" when trying to use Searchland, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Before troubleshooting, please make sure you leave the Workspace if you have any open.

After leaving the Workspace, follow the steps below:

1. Right-click the top grey bar on map view
2. Click 'Inspect'
3. From the right side bar click the two arrow pointing right >>
4. From the dropdown select 'Application'
5. From the section Storage open 'Local storage'
6. Then click http://app.searchland.co.uk
7
. Under the column "Key" look for "searchland-local-state"
8. Right-click "searchland-local-state" and then select 'Delete'
9. Refresh the browser
