Typically, these maintenance windows occur overnight to minimise user disruption. During this period, your purchase enters a queue, awaiting processing. The title deed download becomes available once the Land Registry completes its maintenance and authorises the transaction.
Your purchase should be completed once the system is ready to finalise the transaction. Please notice that this can take a few hours.
