To search sold prices per sqft:
Start by opening the 'Sold Price' tool from the Control Centre.
Click on 'Go to advanced filters' to access more specific search options.
Click 'Add filter' to refine your search further.
From the available filter options, select 'Price per sqft'.
Customise the variables related to your search criteria.
Finally, click 'Apply' to initiate the search.
