I guide you through selecting filters like applicant company name, document description, and document text to ensure we capture all relevant applications. I also show you how to set up your planning alert with a name, frequency, and team notifications. By doing this, you'll receive updates whenever an application containing your competitor's name is submitted.
Select for search ‘All of the UK’
Select New Units
Add filter ‘Applicant Company Name’ and put in their name e.g. Costa
OR ‘document text’ OR ‘document description’.
Companies or competitors may use a planning agent or alias when making the application. This means they may not show up in the company name section but their name would be included in the document text or description.
