In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to create planning alerts to keep track of similar applications in your local LPA. I show you how to set up alerts for applications with an approved final decision and a dwelling count between 15 and 30. By creating these alerts, you'll be notified whenever the number of approved applications changes or when the status of undecided applications is updated. I recommend setting up two alerts for each case: one for approved applications and another for undecided ones. Please take action by following the steps I outlined to stay informed about relevant planning applications.
Example: You’re recently submitted an application to build 20 units but you’re interested in seeing similar applications within your local LPA.
Put the filters shown: 10 - 30 units, approved applications, create alert. Make sure ‘New Unit’ is selected.
Can repeat the process with ‘Undecided’ Applications to be notified when the status of these change to rejected or approved.
