Whenever you select a site from the map or search for a title number, a bar on the left side of your screen pops up and show you information about that specific title such as Plot dimensions, Council Information, Use Classes, etc. This is the title lookup.
Starter subscriptions have 300 title lookups included in the plan, while Standard and Professional subscriptions have unlimited title lookups included.
