Open the Residential Comparables tool > Select Residential Sales.
Define the area you’d like to search by clicking Search as I move the map.
Go to the Analytics tab (top of left side bar) and take note of the Avg price per sqft shown there.
Go to the Filters tab > Click Add filter, select Price per sqft, set it to is less than, then enter the Avg price per sqft you noted earlier, and click Apply.
Finally, scroll down and click See results to view the matching properties.
