How do I search for BRT (Build to rent) data?

You can search for BTR data using either the Planning Applications tool or the Residential Comparables tool.

• Planning Applications → Add filter → Proposal → Contains → BTR

• Residential Comparables → Residential Lettings → Use the Build to Rent filter
