Residential sales data comes from two sources: Rightmove (listing prices) and the Land Registry (archived sold prices). To view only Land Registry data, open the search filters in Residential Comparables and find the Listing Status filter. Select the option “Sale completed” at the bottom — this will show only completed sales from the Land Registry and exclude any listings from Rightmove.
