How can I search by the number of days a property has been SSTC?

To search for properties that have been Sold Subject to Contract (SSTC) for a certain number of days, use the following filters:

1. Control Centre > Residential Comparables > Residential Sales

2. Add filter > Listing Status > is one of > SSTC

3. Add filter > Sold / Listing Change Date > is before or on > [Enter a date based on how many days ago the property changed status]
