How to create Land Assemblies

On this quick tutorial we demonstrate how our Land Assembly Tool allows you to combine multiple adjacent plots by selecting them together, as well as editing your outline, and customising your (potential) overall site. As you do this, all the associated titles, ownership details and previous sales data will automatically be available to view. There's also the option to save the land assemblies you create, so you can return to them later. We’ve tailored this whole process to ensure you get the most out of Land Assembly, to maximise potential profit.

Land Assembly is the development equivalent of ‘more than the sum of its parts’. You take separately owned pieces of land and combine them into one site, greatly increasing the overall value and potential. This might be adjoining gardens, or a disused group of properties, all of which are individually owned. By themselves, these are not necessarily worth much, but if someone could acquire them all, it can enable more creative use of the land.
