How to Search for Multi Unit Freehold Block (MUFB) / Unbroken Freehold Properties?

To identify opportunities where separate households share a single freehold:

1. Open the Sourcing tool from the Control Centre.
2. Under Select your opportunity click Unbroken freeholds at the bottom.
3. The filters will be auto-populated. Make sure you select the area you wish to search.
