How can I find sold prices for land that does not include any properties?

1. Open the Sourcing Tool.

2. Select Custom Search.

3. Click Add Filter.

4. Under Sold Price, choose Latest Sold Price.

5. Customise the search variables to fit your criteria.

6. Click Apply to generate results.
