    • Select application types as full or outline applications.

  5. Refining Search Results

  6. Review the reduced number of planning applications after applying filters.

    • Further filter by adding a specific number of dwellings to narrow down results.

  7. Analyzing Applications

  8. Review individual applications to check for any lapse planning.

    • Examine the progress on approved applications to see if any action has been taken on the site.

  10. Example: Demolition of a bungalow and associated outbuildings approved on August 17, 2021.
