Follow these steps to find pre-planning applications:
1. Open the Planning Tool on your platform.
2. Click on 'Add Filter' > select 'Reference' from the dropdown menu > Choose 'Contains' from the options provided.
3. In the text box, type keywords such as "preapp"and click 'Apply' to activate the filter.
4. Use the area search filter at the top of the map to select the region you are interested in.
The filtered results will display pre-planning applications that have been submitted for the selected area.
