    • Purpose: Utilise browse opportunities and title lookups to assess sites found through the sourcing tool.

  2. Accessing Title Lookup

    • Click on "Browse Opportunity" to access the title lookup.

    • Information available: ownership details, area measurements, LPA, use classes, terrain data, planning constraints, planning history, sales data, rental data, VOA

  3. Analysing Title Information

    • Assess the site from an aerial view.

    • Check ownership details.

    • View area size.

    • Identify the LPA and existing use classes.

    • Analyse terrain data (slope, elevation, facing direction).

  4. Understanding Planning Constraints

    • Explore planning constraints impacting the site.

    • Toggle on switches to view specific constraints like flood zones, listed buildings, SSSI.

    • Hover over to get detailed information on each constraint.

  5. Reviewing Planning History

    • Scroll through the planning history section.

    • Click on specific planning applications for more details.

    • Check the full planning history (e.g., approval for 136 units in 2019).

  6. Additional Data

    • Access sales data, rental terms, EPC, VOA for further assessment.

    • Use gathered information to determine if the site is worth pursuing.

    • Save the site if it meets criteria, add it to the relevant project.

  7. Decision Making

    • If the site is suitable, click "Save" and proceed to the next step.

    • If the site is not a good fit, click "Next" to move on to the next site.
