Projects: Bulk Buying Title Deeds, Bulk Letter Sending, Filtering Titles

1. Accessing Bulk Actions

   • Click on the three dots next to the column name

2. Buy All Title Deeds

   • Click on the three dots and select "Buy all title deeds" to download all titles at once.

   • Ensure you have credits to proceed.

3. Sending Letters

   • Click on the three dots and choose "Send letters."

   • Pick a template and proceed through letter sending process

4. Exporting Data

   • Click on the three dots and select "Export column."

   • You will receive an email with data file attached

5. Using Labels and Filters

   • Click on a title card and click add a label - type in desired wording

   • Click 'Filters' to hide all but specific labels

6. Move Title Cards

   • Don't forget to drag and drop title cards after relevant action has been taken.
