How to send letters?

To send letters:

  1. Initiate the import process by accessing the designated flow (accessible from Projects, Land Assembly, Title View, or Resend).

  2. Choose your preferred letter version: opt for either Letters 2.0 or Letters 1.0 (This flow is for Letters 2.0)

  3. Select the appropriate letter template from the available options.

  4. Determine the sources from which you wish to import addresses: Land Registry, Addresses in Plot, Companies House, or Director Address.

  5. Include any omitted addresses. If addresses are missing for specific titles, a prompt will remind you to add them.

  6. Review your draft mailshot. Select the desired letter line, then click 'Add to Mailshot,' followed by 'Go to Next Step' located in the bottom-right corner. If recipient details are incomplete, you will be prompted to provide them before proceeding.

  7. In the Summary section, select your preferred sending options, assign a name to your mailshot, save to a campaign (optional) and click the green button at the bottom-right corner to send your letter(s).
